Hi, Have You Met Me? Immoral Fairytales Before The Fun Stopped
This isn’t a book about rehab. This isn’t a book about recovery. This is a book about using. The use of drugs and alcohol the manner of shit that goes along with it. The people, places and things. It’s about how all the above is fun, until the fun stops. Which it does. It crashes and burns like all things of that nature do. This is a collection of short stories before the initial match was lit, lighting the pyre loaded up of all the skeletons that came tumbling out of Kate's closet. Superficial bullshit with some redeeming qualities. The fallout is to be written later. This is just the precursor. The events she lived through in her first years in New York City. The city of dreams and also despair. So sit tight, Bubba, the show's about to begin.

There's No Good Campfires Left In Hell
“The Devil appeared behind me.
Dressed in an all black suit. A black hat, the kind the gangsters used to wear. I couldn’t see his face, but he was checking a time piece.
The Devil had read my mind. How long was I to wait here? Dirty and disheveled. Sitting around this burnt out campfire in Hell. My time was up and I needed to either surrender to him completely or get the fuck out.”
A constant battle, give in. Remain a drug addict waiting for my body to finally give out, kill myself or get over my own self pity and get clean.
I chose the later.
In these pages lie the charred memories of my journey out of the Underworld...

*Note to the reader, I edited this myself, there are spelling and grammar errors. My editor thought it was too dark, they pushed the line and removed the curse words and tried to change the tone. So I cut them a check, let them go and let them know, this is what addiction is, it's dark, it's hell and it's not pretty. So prepare for typos and fuck ups. It's not perfect but if you can look over the shit I missed after months of editing it over and over, you can extract the important material. I hope it helps if you're going through it, you're not alone... But if it blows your skirt up to highlight all the fuck-ups, and read it just for that; go for it, Skippy.
